October 2012: A NEW AGE in tVoY – tVoY expands for the youth community at large considering its global readership.
July 2012: tVoY organized Youth Forum on Digital Participation in collaboration with organizations from Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. The 10-day conference brought together 27 young social entrepreneurs and campaigners in Münster, Germany to discuss trends of digital participation and work on common campaigns and projects! That is our greatest achievement to date. A million thanks to you all for making it possible for us.
June 26, 2012: We celebrated tVoY’s second birthday on June 26, 2012 at DW Global Media Forum, a congress with international reach. The work of our core team members was published in the official magazine of the conference which covered the proceedings at DW Global Media Forum. This magazine was distributed among the media representatives from around the world and people from the fields of politics, culture, business, development and science. We couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration.
April 2012: tVoY had its representation at TEDxSummit, a week-long event exclusively for TEDx organizers. Hosted by the Doha Film Institute, the inaugural event gathered TEDx organizers from around the world for workshops, talks and cultural activities.
March 2012: tVoY had its representation in British Council’s multicultural exchange program to Egypt. The 5-day event had participation of 13 nationalities.
March 31, 2012: tVoY announces its representation in Thinkbrigade, an international project of European Journalism Centre.

February 2012: We were featured in British Council’s Global Publication which was launched at Global Citizenship Conference 2012, Mariott Hotel Islamabad.
February 2012: Fakiha Hassan Rizvi, Editor-in-Chief and former News Editor, tVoY participated in British Council’s multicultural exchange program titled the International Study Visit (ISV) to Pakistan 2012. It was her first interaction with Active Citizens from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom.
January, 2012: We were featured in Ashoka’s Google supported Citizen Media toolkit as one of the best 57 solutions to sustain: freedom of speech; access to information; quality of content; and privacy & security.

November 26 – December 10, 2011: tVoY participated in 16 Days of Activism against Gender Violence via its project Youth Diaries.
December 8, 2011: Fakiha Hassan Rizvi and Seemal Mushtaq received National Social Action Project Award 2011 on behalf of tVoY at the official launch of ILMPOSSIBLE and Award Distribution Ceremony, Active Citizens programme, British Council.
November 10-14, 2011: We received Runner-up World Summit Youth Award 2011 in Graz, Austria.
November 12, 2011: Our Founder Momal Mushtaq received the Most Creative Concept Award at InnoEvent’11 Graz, Austria for her technological/creative/preventive solution for postpartum hemorrhage, i.e. excessive bleeding after childbirth.
September 23, 2011: We were selected as the Runners-up, World Summit Youth Award 2011 and our lives were never the same again.
September 9, 2011: We dispatched the certificates and gift hampers for Let’s Spread Love.
August 5, 2011: We envisioned 900 Hours of Volunteer Work.
July 2011: We partnered with Youth for Technology Foundation, an international NGO based in USA.
July 2011: We spread love nationwide via our campaign: Let’s Spread Love.
June 26, 2011: We celebrated our first birthday.
May 22, 2011: We partnered with Bahria Business Club to organize BizIgnition ’11.
May 7, 2011: Our Community changed its name to The Voice of Youth (tVoY).
March 27, 2011: Our Community had its representation at Earth Hour Celebration, National University of Sciences & Technology.
February 7, 2011: We initiated a campaign titled “Buck Up, Team Green” to express solidarity with the cricket team of Pakistan.
August 2010: Our Community opened its doors for the Pakistani student community at large.
June 26, 2010: Seven friends launched Our Community for the students of National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
